As (Senior) Consultant, you learn the craft by applying it.

From your first week, you will be on live client engagements, running analyses, building the AI-enabled assets the team delivers with, and developing toward independent strategic people project ownership. There is no spectatorship here; you will be part of the team answering the client's questions, guided by Principals and Senior Managers who view your career advancement as part of their own responsibility.

What You Will Own

• Delivery across the people agenda: Work on workforce transformation, organizational design, HR transformation, talent, and rewards. You will experience deliberate variety in your early years to build broad expertise before specializing.
• Hands-on analysis and modelling on live engagements: You will translate complex data into actionable insights and client-ready deliverables—including workforce data and organizational baselines—and present your own findings as you develop.
• AI and intellectual capital building: You will actively help build the AI-enabled delivery assets, methods, and training materials that the entire team utilizes, making visible, durable, and sustainable contributions beyond your specific project work.
• Structured learning, real apprenticeship: You will participate in a consulting bootcamp covering structured problem-solving, client communication, and slide craft, followed by daily coaching from senior colleagues on live assignments.
• Early client exposure: You will join client sessions from the beginning and grow into owning dedicated modules, including participation in joint engagements with our colleagues from Oliver Wyman.

What You Bring

• An excellent university degree (e.g., in business, economics, psychology, data/analytics, or a related field) from a leading university or business school.
• For Consultant: Consulting internship experience at any level. For Senior Consultant: Typically 1–3 years of consulting or equivalent analytical experience with a record of strong performance.
• Strong analytical and writing aptitude, structured thinking, and a commitment to mastering hypothesis-driven problem-solving.
• AI fluency: You must be comfortable using AI tools and eager to build new capabilities with them.
• A demonstrable interest in people and organizational topics—specifically how workforces and organizations evolve and adapt.
• A proactive team player with high standards who desires to be challenged, coached, and given responsibility early.
• Willingness to travel across Europe during peak delivery periods.
• Fluent English is required; proficiency in any other European language is a plus.
