Industrial Placement Program - Global Banking

Are you ambitious and interested in starting a career in investment banking with a truly global footprint? We are looking for dedicated students to join our 2027 Industrial Placement Program within our Global Banking business in London.

The Role and Responsibilities

Through this placement, you will gain hands-on experience by:

• Evaluating companies and developing models for Mergers & Acquisitions (M&A) transactions.
• Preparing detailed industry analyses to support pitches.
• Getting involved in the execution of live deals.

You will be working in our Global Banking team, which is responsible for providing coverage, advisory, capital markets, and financing solutions for corporate, financial institutions, and sponsor clients.

Candidate Profile and Qualifications

We are seeking a candidate who embodies our values—hard-working, trustworthy, dedicated, and collaborative—and possesses the following:

• Must be completing an Industrial Placement program as part of your studies and graduating in 2029.
• Must be on track for a 2.1 (or equivalent) in your first undergraduate/bachelor's degree.
• Must be able to demonstrate how experimental and responsible use of AI can improve outcomes and efficiency.
• Must be a strategic thinker with strong communication skills, motivated to thrive in a business with high demands and tight deadlines.
