2027 Summer Internship Program - Global Banking

Are you interested in a career in finance, specifically within banking, and looking to start at a truly global firm? We are seeking ambitious students to join our Global Banking team for our 2027 Summer Internship Program.

What You Will Do

As part of the Global Banking team in New York, you will support the provision of coverage, advisory, capital markets, and financing solutions for corporate, financial institution, and sponsor clients. Your responsibilities will include:

• Evaluating companies and developing financial models for M&A transactions.
• Preparing detailed industry analyses for client pitches.
• Gaining firsthand experience in delivering market-leading solutions.
• Executing live, innovative deals that transform the current corporate landscape.

What We Are Looking For (Qualifications)

We are seeking a candidate who possesses the following:

• Expected graduation date between December 2027 and June 2028, with a minimum cumulative GPA of 3.0.
• A genuine passion for financial markets, combined with detail-oriented problem-solving skills, proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint.
• Personal values that align with ours: being hard-working, trustworthy, dedicated, and collaborative.
• Strong strategic thinking abilities and excellent communication skills.
• A high level of motivation to thrive in a fast-paced business environment with demanding deadlines.
• The ability to articulate how the experimental and responsible use of AI can improve business outcomes and efficiency.
