Investment Thesis of our fund: Seed to Series B Generalist from Hardware to Consumer Europe

Responsibilities

Part I - Screening

• Meet with entrepreneurs as part of the team every week.
• Source and identify the most promising technologies and companies, presenting them to the team.
• Attend startup events to gather information on startups, sectors, and emerging trends.
• Conduct deep dives into technology topics of interest to help the team build industry and trend theses.

Part II - Due Diligence

• Play a key role in due diligence closing processes, including participating in due diligence meetings, reference calls, product, and technical due diligence.
• Perform competitive landscape research, market sizing, and business plan modeling.
• Assist in term sheet negotiations.
• Draft the investment memorandum.

Part III - Support

• Help manage relationships with Limited Partners (LPs) through events and special trend reports tailored to their interests.
• Organize events and build content to promote the fund within the European ecosystem.
• Build and enhance internal processes.
