About the Opportunity

Olive is looking for an ambitious and analytical Assistant Product Manager to join our Primary Market team in Hong Kong under the Sapling Talent Program. In this role, you will gain hands-on exposure to global private equity, venture capital, and fund product lifecycle management while working closely with seasoned industry professionals. Key Responsibilities

• Market Intelligence & Research: Track macroeconomic dynamics, PE/VC market trends, and industry developments; synthesize market data and institutional research. (跟踪一级市场宏观环境、私募股权及风险投资动态，研究并整理市场数据、行业趋势和机构观点。)
• Fund Due Diligence Support: Support manager and fund due diligence, including material review, manager interviews, track record & portfolio analysis, and risk identification. (参与基金管理人及产品尽调，包括资料梳理、访谈、历史业绩与投资组合分析、风险识别等。)
• Product Launch & Execution: Assist the product team with pipeline evaluation, project onboarding, fundamental analysis, data compilation, and presentation deck preparation. (配合产品团队推进项目立项与上线，完成基础分析、数据整理和汇报材料撰写。)
• Lifecycle Management: Participate in post-investment tracking, monitor ongoing fund performance, and conduct performance attribution analysis. (参与存续产品的日常跟踪与维护，监测产品表现并开展业绩归因分析。)
• Meeting Synthesis: Attend manager due diligence meetings, roadshows, and internal discussions; produce meeting minutes and core investment summaries. (参加管理人尽调、路演及内部会议，整理会议纪要和核心投资观点。)
• Team Support: Complete other research and operational support tasks as assigned by the team. (完成团队安排的其他研究及综合性项目支持工作。)

Qualifications & Requirements

Education

• Enrolled in a recognized Master’s degree program or above, graduating in 2026 or later. Majors in Economics, Finance, Accounting, Statistics, or related disciplines. A dual background in industry/STEM and finance is a plus. (硕士研究生及以上学历在读，2026届及以后毕业；经济、金融、会计、统计或相关专业；具备产业与金融复合背景者优先。)

Experience

• Prior internship experience in USD asset management, FOFs, Private Equity / Venture Capital (PE/VC), or global investment banks is highly preferred. (有美元资产管理机构、FOF、私募股权投资机构（PE/VC）或海外投行相关实习经历者优先。)

Technical Skills

• Strong passion for primary market investments; solid foundational capabilities in financial analysis, data analytics, and research. Proficient in MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word). Experience with financial modeling, data processing, or data visualization is an advantage. (对一级市场投资和基金产品有浓厚兴趣，具备基础的财务分析、数据分析及研究能力；熟练使用 Excel、PowerPoint、Word；具备数据处理、财务建模或可视化能力者优先。)

Soft Skills & Language

• Self-driven, detail-oriented, and logically minded with strong problem-solving and cross-functional collaboration abilities. (自我驱动，认真细致，逻辑清晰，具备优秀的沟通表达、独立解决问题和团队协作能力。)
• Professional English proficiency (written and spoken); comfortable reviewing English investment memorandums and due diligence packs. (英语流利，可熟练阅读英文投资与尽调材料，具备良好的中英文书面及口头表达能力。)
• High standard of ethics, risk awareness, and commitment to confidentiality. (具备良好的风险控制、合规与保密意识。)
