The programmes
InfraRed Capital Partners runs two named early-careers programmes, both based in London and New York:
- Summer Internships – for students seeking early experience in infrastructure investment, with exposure across the end-to-end investment execution process
- Analyst Programme – ownership of work across deal origination and underwriting, portfolio and asset management, and investment structuring and financing, supported by a modular learning framework
Roles are advertised through the firm's careers portal only when a cohort is open, and the internship has appeared on independent graduate-recruitment boards such as Bright Network. Because the analyst route spans the full investment lifecycle rather than a single desk, it suits applicants set on infrastructure specifically; and since neither programme runs to a fixed published deadline, it is one to track on the portal rather than slot into a dated autumn season.
