Team Overview

Eurazeo Infrastructure is a value-added infrastructure equity investor focused on the climate and digital transition in Europe. The team is deploying the second vintage of ETIF, following the success of Fund 1 (€700m). The fund operates under an Article 9 mandate.

Role Summary

You will join Eurazeo Infrastructure's investment team in London, working within small teams across a wide range of sectors and mid-market infrastructure business models. This highly analytical role emphasizes fundamental valuation, financial modeling, analysis of financial accounts, and the ability to distill large volumes of information into a coherent investment thesis. The work offers exposure to all phases of an investment—from initial market sourcing and deal execution through to investment monitoring—and provides opportunities to build relationships with advisors and management teams. You may also assist the team with fundraising activities.

Key Responsibilities

• Engaging in all aspects of due diligence work (technical, commercial, legal, etc.).
• Searching for relevant market data to support investment analysis.
• Analyzing financial and strategic investment opportunities through in-depth study of relevant sectors.
• Preparing/reviewing financial models and analyzing sensitivities.
• Preparing presentations for the Investment Committee.
• Preparing analysis and presentations as part of fundraising activities.
• Building relationships with in-house stakeholders (investment and corporate teams) and external stakeholders (advisors, target management teams, and industrial partners).
