GovTech Internship Programme – Tech and Corporate Roles

January–April 2027 Intake

GovTech is the lead agency driving Singapore’s Smart Nation initiatives and public sector digital transformation. As the Centre of Excellence for Infocomm Technology and Smart Systems (ICT & SS), GovTech develops the Singapore Government’s capabilities in data science and artificial intelligence, application development, smart city technology, digital infrastructure, and cybersecurity.

Internship applications are open to students available to begin their internship between January and April 2027. Explore technology and corporate roles, including human resources, communications, finance, legal, and more. The application window closes on 30 September 2026 at 12:00 p.m.

• Complete the application form and indicate up to two preferred internship roles and projects.

Important Notes

• Submit the application form only once. Only your first submission will be considered.
• Ensure that your resume or CV does not contain your NRIC or any NRIC-related details.
• Honour your stated internship availability as much as possible.
• GovTech reserves the right to rescind offers if your availability changes at short notice or you cannot commit to the stated period.
• Only shortlisted applicants will be contacted.

Who Can Apply?

Applicants must:

• Be a Singapore Citizen or Singapore Permanent Resident.
• Be a polytechnic student, undergraduate, or recent A-Level or diploma graduate awaiting university admission.
• Be able to commit to an internship of at least 12 weeks. Full-time commitment is preferred.
• Be available to start the internship between January and April 2027.
• Remain matriculated throughout the internship period. Graduating students should remain matriculated for most of their internship period.
