Job Description

Application Consultants are responsible for understanding the client's business process, both current and future, and mapping it to the technologies in use. This includes demarcating what can be achieved through a standard implementation versus what will require customizations or extensions to the application. Consultants may functionally customize the application, partner with application developers to design enhancements and extensions, and work with business users to implement process changes.

Role Requirements and Development

The successful candidate must commit to learning and developing the knowledge, technical skills, and core consulting behaviors required for applications consulting. This involves mastering an appropriate methodology and acquiring knowledge of a specific business domain and a Package Based Solution.

• Demonstrate flexibility and versatility in meeting objectives.
• Manage workload effectively and provide timely updates on task progress.
• Must be working toward or have achieved certification on a SaaS or Package Based solution and relevant methodology.

Compensation and Benefits

The base compensation range for this role, in the posted location, is: $48,500–$92,700.

The listed range reflects the minimum and maximum target compensation Capgemini believes it may pay at the time of posting. This range may be subject to change as permitted by law. The actual compensation offered may fall outside this range and will be determined based on multiple legally permitted factors, including geographic location, education, experience, certifications, and performance.

In addition to base salary, this role may be eligible for variable incentives, bonuses, or commissions, depending on the position and applicable laws.
