Who You Will Work With

Driving lasting impact and building long-term capabilities with our clients is not easy work. You thrive in a high performance/high reward culture—doing hard things, picking yourself up when you stumble, and having the resilience to try another way forward.

In return for your drive, determination, and curiosity, we provide the resources, mentorship, and opportunities you need to become a stronger leader faster than you ever thought possible. Colleagues at all levels invest deeply in your development, just as much as they invest in delivering exceptional results for clients. Every day, you’ll receive apprenticeship, coaching, and exposure that will accelerate your growth.

When you join us, you will have:

  • Continuous learning: Structured learning and apprenticeship programs help you grow in an environment where feedback is clear, actionable, and focused on your development. You’ll embrace fast-paced learning by taking others’ input to heart and owning your journey.
  • A voice that matters: From day one, we value your ideas and contributions. You’ll make a tangible impact by offering innovative ideas and practical solutions while upholding ethics and integrity. Diverse perspectives are encouraged and critical to achieving the best outcomes.
  • Global community: Colleagues across 65+ countries and 100+ nationalities create a diverse firm culture that fuels creativity and helps deliver the best solutions for clients.
  • World-class benefits: A comprehensive benefits package to support holistic well-being for you and your family, in addition to a competitive salary based on location, experience, and skills.

What You Will Do

You will collaborate with colleagues and clients to create new strategies across a wide platform of projects, from customer life-cycle management and MROI to pricing and promotions, marketing mix modeling, and analytic transformation.

You will help expand our analytics capabilities and architect new strategies and applications within a dynamic, innovative organization. You will shape what data-driven organizations look like—driving processes to extract and use data in creative ways and generating new lines of thinking across a wide range of clients and situations, with a focus on optimizing every aspect of clients’ marketing practices.

Through the measurement, manipulation, reporting, and dissemination of broad sets of data, you will create valuable, transformative business strategies. You will apply and advise teams on advanced analytic and quantitative tools and modeling techniques to derive business insights, solve complex business problems, and improve decisions.

You will be a core member of the consulting team, conducting deep analytics on client and external data and playing a lead role in team problem-solving through findings and insights from that analysis.

You will also lead and support the development of knowledge for the firm’s analytics group. This may include creating a roadmap for broader understanding of analytics and its impact on the consulting population, or partnering with other analytics consultants to ensure timely and effective approaches to extracting, assembling, and transferring broad, complex sets of data.

You will work in one of our North America offices within our Growth, Marketing & Sales practice.

The Growth, Marketing & Sales practice helps clients in both consumer and business-to-business environments across marketing and sales topics. Clients benefit from experience in areas such as branding, customer insights, marketing ROI, digital marketing, CLM, pricing, and sales and channel management. The practice offers an opportunity to work at the intersection of marketing, sales, and consulting—supporting issues like redefining marketing and sales operations and commercial transformation—so clients can build capabilities and transform how companies go to market toward customer-centric organizations.

Your Background

  • Undergraduate or advanced degree in a quantitative discipline (e.g., statistics, mathematics, econometrics, operations research).
  • 1+ years of hands-on experience developing and applying predictive models and other advanced statistical approaches in a corporate or consulting setting, preferably in a marketing and sales context (B2B or B2C experience preferred).
  • Strong academic qualifications, including advanced coursework in database management and math (linear algebra, calculus).
  • Proficiency in statistical data analysis and data mining packages (e.g., R, SAS, SPSS, Alteryx, MatLab, STATA, Excel).
  • Advanced knowledge of data management tools including SQL/RDBMS, NoSQL (e.g., MongoDB), Hadoop, and/or other big data technologies.
  • Advanced programming skills in at least one of Python, R, or Java.
  • Experience linking multiple data platforms (e.g., social media, open data) and with data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau).
  • Intellectual curiosity and excellent problem-solving and quantitative skills, including the ability to disaggregate issues, identify root causes, and recommend solutions.
  • Ability to independently own database development and decisions while balancing demands and deadlines.
  • Strong people skills, team orientation, and a professional attitude.
  • Strong communication skills, including the ability to communicate technical content to non-technical audiences.
