Purpose and Role Overview
Contribute to the overall success of the US/Latam Cash Equities & US Converts platforms, ensuring that specific team goals, plans, and initiatives are executed/delivered in support of the team’s business strategies and objectives. Ensure all activities conducted follow governing regulations, internal policies, and procedures.
The incumbent will be responsible for a broad array of operational duties, including but not limited to:
- Travel and expense processing.
- Arranging domestic and international travel and meetings.
- Booking meeting rooms.
- Building slide decks for client marketing.
- Working with personnel from other regions on office/client visits.
- Working with corporate access on client events.
What You'll Do
- Participate in a customer-focused culture to deepen business line relationships and leverage broader bank relationships, systems, and knowledge. Must thrive in a fast-paced environment.
- Provide day-to-day administrative support for the Cash Equity & Converts teams. This role requires being in the office five days a week.
- Execute operational support tasks, including travel processing, meeting arrangements, room booking, presentation creation for client marketing, coordinating international/regional site visits, and assisting with client events.
What You'll Bring
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- 1–3 years of post-graduate experience in industry or academia in capital markets, finance, and banking, and/or process improvement, business analysis, and solution implementation is preferred.
- Knowledge/experience in banking or capital markets operations.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Technical abilities, including knowledge of basic software principles and experience with MS Access and Excel (preferred), along with an understanding of operational processes and AI tools.
- Result-oriented, deadline-driven, and self-motivated.
