What You Will Do (Responsibilities)

• AI Agent Evaluation: Support the assessment, testing, and evaluation of AI Agents to identify opportunities for enhancing business processes and productivity.
• Prompt Engineering: Develop and refine prompts to optimize GenAI outputs for different business use cases and operational requirements.
• AI Documentation: Assist in preparing documentation, user guides, process flows, and evaluation reports for AI-related initiatives.
• Data Management: Support data preparation, organization, and governance activities to improve data readiness and quality for AI consumption.
• Business Use Case Development: Collaborate with stakeholders to identify, analyze, and prototype AI-driven solutions that address business challenges.
• AI Research & Innovation: Conduct research on emerging AI technologies, agent orchestration capabilities, and industry developments to support innovation initiatives.
• Process Improvement: Explore opportunities to automate workflows and improve efficiency through the application of GenAI and AI-powered tools.
• Ad-hoc Projects: Provide support on digital transformation, innovation, and finance-related initiatives as assigned.

About the Team

Digital Finance drives innovation and transformation across Finance by leveraging data, automation, and emerging technologies to enhance decision-making and operational efficiency. You will work alongside finance professionals, technology specialists, and business stakeholders who are exploring the use of AI and digital solutions to create value across the organization. Through this role, you will gain valuable exposure to the intersection of finance, technology, and innovation within a dynamic banking environment.
