What the Role Entails

• Conduct research and development in areas such as image generation enhancement, video generation (World Models), streamer generation, scene generation, Multimodal Vision-Language Models (VLMs), and Agentic AI.
• Assist in data preparation, model training, and experimental analysis for large-scale Generative AI projects.
• Participate in project discussions, propose innovative ideas, and drive the integration of research outcomes with game production scenarios.
• Collaborate closely with senior researchers to explore the cutting edge of digital content generation and interactive agents.

Who We Look For

Job Requirements

• PhD or Master's degree in Computer Vision, Computer Graphics, or a related field, with familiarity with common generative models.
• Solid foundation in deep learning and basic experience handling image or video data.
• Strong interest in the application of Generative AI within interactive entertainment and virtual world construction.
• Good communication and collaboration skills.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in training or fine-tuning deep learning models in the image or video domain.
• Familiarity with relevant tools such as PyTorch, Blender, Unity, or Unreal Engine.
• Publication of research results in mainstream AI or computing conferences/journals.
• Enthusiasm for creative, innovative, and practical applications of AI in gaming.
