Intern, AI and Automation (Partnership)

About the Role

We are seeking a motivated and curious Intern to join our Reps Engagement Team. The intern will support the team in reviewing existing business processes and exploring how AI, automation, and digital tools can be leveraged to simplify daily work and improve efficiency.

Key Responsibilities

• Review existing processes and identify areas for simplification or improvement.
• Assist in documenting current workflows and suggesting enhancements.
• Explore simple applications of AI, automation, and digital tools to reduce manual effort.
• Research and test suitable digital tools and AI solutions.
• Collaborate with team members to identify repetitive tasks suitable for automation.
• Assist in implementing and testing simple process improvements.
• Prepare process guides and documentation as required.
• Support other ad hoc tasks related to process improvement and automation.

Requirements

• Currently pursuing a Diploma or Degree in any discipline.
• Demonstrated interest in technology, AI, and process improvement.
• Willingness to learn and explore new digital tools.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Organized and detail-oriented.
• Ability to work both independently and effectively as part of a team.
