Automation Intern (Human Capital)

As an Automation Intern in Human Capital, you will add value to the team by improving operational efficiency and data analysis using RPA and agentic AI tools. Working on various hands-on automation projects will allow you to see tangible results and the meaningful impact of your efforts.

Responsibilities

• Analyze current processes and explore opportunities to translate business and operational requirements into automation solutions.
• Design, develop, test, and deploy automation workflows using UiPath, Power Automate, Claude, or other automation tools.
• Prepare Product Requirements Documents (PRD) or Process Design Documents (PDD) and other necessary documentation.
• Troubleshoot and enhance automation workflows to ensure efficient operation.
• Ensure all automations follow best practices for scalability and maintainability.

Qualifications

• Currently pursuing a degree in Information Technology or a related field.
• Familiarity with automation tools such as UiPath, Power Automate, and agentic AI tools such as Claude.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and collaborate with stakeholders across different teams as needed.
