Intern, Investify Programme

PhillipCapital’s flagship annual investor event, Investify, brings together clients, financial advisers, and the public for a full day of market outlook sessions, strategy talks, and exhibitor showcases. Planning and delivering Investify involves content, logistics, marketing, and on-the-ground coordination across multiple teams.

About the Role

We are looking for an intern to support the planning and delivery of this year’s Investify programme. This role involves working closely with the Co-CIO and cross-functional stakeholders from the initial concept through to event-day execution.

Responsibilities

• Support end-to-end programme planning, including managing timelines, checklists, vendor and speaker coordination, and developing the run-of-show documentation.
• Help prepare event content, such as presentation decks, speaker briefs, and market outlook materials, in coordination with the investment team.
• Assist with participant/attendee management, covering registration tracking, communications, and on-the-day check-in support.
• Coordinate with marketing, operations, and external vendors regarding collateral, signage, booth setup, and general logistics.
• Support pre- and post-event communications, including sending invites, reminders, and collecting attendee feedback.
• Assist in tracking budgets, sponsorships/exhibitor bookings, and attendance numbers.
• Provide essential on-site support during the event, encompassing registration, guest handling, and troubleshooting.
• Assist in compiling a post-event report covering attendance metrics, feedback summaries, and lessons learned for future editions.

Qualifications and Requirements

• Currently an undergraduate or penultimate/final-year student (any discipline).
• A background in Finance, Business, Marketing, or Communications is a plus.
• Strong organizational skills and proven ability to manage multiple moving parts effectively under tight deadlines.
• Confident and personable communicator, comfortable liaising with vendors, speakers, and attendees.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office or Google Workspace (Slides, Sheets, Docs) is required; experience with design tools (Canva, PowerPoint) is beneficial.
• An interest in investments, wealth management, or financial literacy events is an advantage.
• Willingness to work select evenings or weekends around the event date for setup and on-site support.
