About the Programme

Our dbEnable Work Placement Internship Programme is designed to recognize talent and support students with disabilities to gain professional experience across various divisions in the bank. You will receive formal training and be placed on a Corporate Bank team, where you will work on day-to-day business operations and special projects.

About the Division

The Corporate Bank is a market leader in cash management, lending, trade finance, trust and agency services, securities services, and risk management for FX and Rates. We maintain deep client relationships, and our client solutions directly relate to the real economy.

Hiring Teams

  • Cash Management: Delivers a wide range of innovative payment and cash management products to corporates and non-bank financial institutions.
  • Coverage: Provides clients with holistic solutions to meet strategic objectives, offering full access across the Corporate Bank’s product suite and the expertise of the Investment Bank across the Asia Pacific Region.

What We Look For

We seek intelligent and adaptable students with excellent communication skills. Candidates must demonstrate a proven ability to leverage AI tools to enhance productivity and optimize workflows to solve business problems, while applying critical judgment to ensure the responsible and ethical use of data and AI outputs. Degrees from various disciplines are welcome; while numeracy is important for some roles, a formal mathematical or financial background is not always necessary.

Eligibility Requirements (2027 dbEnable Work Placement Internship Programme)

  • Complete your studies (including all final exams and coursework) between December 1, 2027, and July 31, 2029, with no outstanding graduation requirements.
  • Possess no more than 12 months of full-time, relevant work experience.
  • Be available for a 1-month full-time internship in January 2027.
