Associate, Global Trade Shared Services

Responsibilities
- Research and advise clients across various industries on import and export matters.
- Utilize data analytics tools to help solve complex supply chain problems.
- Develop innovative solutions for clients' business operations, encompassing people, processes, and technology.
- Collaborate with clients' business, technology, and compliance resources on global trade processes and procedures.
- Develop and maintain strong client and internal relationships.
- Train and mentor interns.
Qualifications
Required Qualifications
- Minimum of one year of recent data analytics work experience, preferably in global trade (including import/export declarations, free trade agreements, and foreign trade zone compliance).
- Bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university (or foreign equivalent) in Business, Information Systems, Management Information Systems, Business Analytics, or a related field.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, with advanced skills in Excel.
- Flexibility and the ability to think creatively and critically in a rapidly changing, fast-paced environment. Must possess strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
- Ability to travel and/or work on-site at client premises as needed, sometimes with short notice.

Compensation and Employment Information
KPMG LLP and its affiliates comply with all local/state regulations regarding salary ranges. Any offered salary depends on factors such as applicant's skills, job responsibilities, prior relevant experience, education, certifications, and market considerations. KPMG offers a comprehensive, competitive benefits package, which includes medical, dental, vision coverage, disability and life insurance, 401(k) plans, and well-being benefits, based on eligibility.
Depending on job classification, standard work hours, and years of service, KPMG provides Personal Time Off per fiscal year, in addition to two company-observed breaks annually (one at year-end and one around the July 4th holiday).
