Role Overview
KPMG is seeking an Associate or Senior Associate to join our Global Reward Services practice. As part of a dynamic team at one of the world's top tax firms, you will contribute to innovative tax solutions by leveraging deep industry knowledge and cutting-edge technologies. You will support high-profile clients in understanding, analyzing, and responding to complex business opportunities and challenges, while developing your career through multifaceted engagements, formal training, and informal mentoring.

Responsibilities
- Provide benefits and HR-related services by working within a multi-disciplinary team to deliver Health & Welfare (H&W) projects to a complex client base.
- Support client deliverables in benefits plan design, strategy, renewals, benchmarking, compliance, and other related requests.
- Build and manage internal and client relationships, developing technical depth and breadth in areas of proficiency.
- Manage risk and financial performance of engagements by supporting management with compliance, billing, collections, and budgeting.
- Advise clients and be responsible for delivering high-quality benefits service and recommendations, providing technical support to management.
- Participate in and contribute to market and business activities external to the firm.
- Act with integrity, professionalism, and personal responsibility to uphold KPMG's respectful and courteous work environment.
Additional Responsibilities for Senior Associate
- Provide project management support, including coordinating work with staff in other US KPMG offices and practices, outside the US, and adhering to internal compliance procedures.
Qualifications
Associate Requirements
- Minimum one year of recent experience in employer benefit strategies; consulting experience is preferred.
- Bachelor's degree from an accredited college/university.
- Ability to prioritize multiple projects in a fast-paced environment, work on multiple assignments, and manage assignments in a team setting, including leadership skills for managing internal teams and external clients.
- Strong analytical, consultative, and project management skills; must be results-oriented with keen attention to detail and quality while working efficiently with ownership and management.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to articulate complex information.
- Ability to identify, research, and analyze benefits-related issues and formulate alternatives.
- Willingness to work at client sites and travel up to 25%.
Senior Associate Qualifications
- Minimum three years of recent experience in employer benefit strategies; consulting experience is preferred.
- Ability to supervise and offer guidance to staff.
