Pre-Sales Engineer / Manager

Job Responsibilities

• Provide pre-sales support across the full range of company products, including CCTV and network technical solutions.
• Develop business opportunities with clients.
• Promote solutions and deliver formal technical proposals and presentations to clients.
• Design product solutions and ensure proposals remain competitive.
• Identify clients’ requirements and coordinate with the sales team to ensure those requirements can be met.
• Understand clients’ business and technical requirements.
• Handle clients’ inquiries and technical-related issues.
• Conduct product training for clients.

Job Requirements

• Experienced in CCTV products.
• At least 1 year of work experience in the CCTV domain or networking.
• Ability to communicate with and influence customers, including technical alignment, clear communication, clarification, and negotiation.
• Fluent in English and Mandarin to liaise with Chinese-speaking business associates.
• Experience in handling and troubleshooting technical issues.
• CCNA/CCNP and other networking certificates would be an added advantage.
