About our Business – Unmanned & Integrated Systems

Our Unmanned & Integrated Systems business offers holistic solutions in system engineering and integration. We pioneer maritime robotics and autonomy solutions, provide system integration for complex naval and island air defence System-of-Systems (SoS), and take care of the operation and maintenance of Command, Control, Communications, Computers Intelligence (C4I) systems. We cater to the needs of Defence, Public Safety & Security, and Commercial clients worldwide, providing seamless and innovative services that redefine possibilities.

Assistant Operations Centre Engineer

As an Assistant Operations Centre Engineer, you will be responsible for monitoring, managing, and supporting the operational performance of IT and network infrastructure within the operations centre. Your duties include proactively identifying and resolving system faults, coordinating incident response, and maintaining service availability and performance. You will work closely with other technical teams to ensure smooth operations, perform routine maintenance, and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives. Strong analytical and communication skills are essential to effectively manage operational challenges and support business objectives.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform monitoring, analysis, and escalation of real-time operation events.
• Monitor various alarm alerts, activate response teams, and prepare reports upon completion of operations.
• Perform as MAC first responder for any systems defects.
• Handle inbound and outbound calls/group chat for defect coordination.
• Update PM / CM logs.
• Perform any other duties assigned by the supervisor.

Qualifications and Requirements

Qualities We Value:

• Knowledge in Infocomm Technology or equivalent.
• Able to work 12-hour shifts, including weekends or Public Holidays (depending on roster).
• Open to contract and renewal.
• Singaporean only.
