Responsibilities

• Support senior bankers in developing, exploring, and maintaining relationships with large-sized corporate clients. This includes understanding their business models and key industry drivers/risks across Manufacturing/Industrial, Automobile, Chemical, and Material industries to provide clients with comprehensive financial solutions and advisory services.
• Analyze market trends, industry dynamics, and client feedback to provide strategic insights and recommendations to internal and external customers.
• Perform financial modeling, corporate finance analysis, and industry research and analysis.
• Assist in managing and servicing accounts, including preparing credit memos, monitoring credit risk, and performing annual reviews of the accounts.
• Provide prompt responses to customers’ inquiries regarding all aspects of banking operations.
• Collaborate and closely liaise with various internal stakeholders within the Bank (including cross-functional teams, product specialists, and regional branches) to deliver comprehensive financial solutions to clients.
• Work with senior bankers to develop marketing plans to penetrate existing and new customers.
• Manage day-to-day execution and actively participate in due diligence processes across various transactions.
• Ensure compliance with the bank's policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree with 1 to 4 years of experience in corporate or commercial banking, or a similar front office role in financial service sectors.
• Preferably a degree holder in Business Administration, Accounting, Risk Management, Finance, Economics, or Marketing; other relevant professional qualifications are a plus.
• Strong communication, interpersonal, problem-solving, and analytical skills necessary to effectively interact with clients and internal stakeholders.
• Proficiency in both spoken and written English and Putonghua.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and contribute to the overall success of the organization.
