The Team

A&M Tax is an independent group of experienced tax professionals dedicated to providing customized tax advice to clients and investors across a broad range of industries. Our professionals extend A&M’s commitment to offering clients a choice of advisors who are free from audit-based conflicts of interest and demonstrate an unyielding commitment to responsive client service. With offices in major metropolitan markets throughout EMEA, the U.S., Asia, and Australia, A&M Tax is positioned to navigate today’s complex global tax environment.

Responsibilities

• Assist in providing advice on corporate tax technical issues in UK and international corporate tax.
• Support a portfolio of multinational and UK-headquartered corporations across multiple sectors.
• Participate in client engagements, including on-site projects, to support the delivery of corporate tax work and assist in addressing tax challenges.
• Prepare corporation tax provisions and computations for compliance and reporting purposes, subject to review by senior team members.
• Support the delivery of corporate tax projects by tracking timelines, coordinating information requests, and assisting with client communications.
• Undertake technical corporate tax research to support advisory work.
• Work collaboratively with team members and provide support to junior colleagues as required.

Qualifications and Attributes

Required Qualifications:

• ACA or CTA qualification.
• Experience in UK corporate tax compliance and advisory.
• Strong communication, presentation, and project management skills.
