What You Do

Your responsibilities will include:

  • Transformation Projects: Support the planning and execution of business transformation initiatives aimed at improving processes, systems, and organisational effectiveness.
  • Process Improvement: Assist in mapping current processes and identifying opportunities for improvement through data collection and analysis.
  • Project Delivery Support: Prepare user stories, test plans, and test scripts to support project implementation and delivery.
  • Data Preparation: Assist in preparing training and testing datasets required for AI and digital transformation initiatives.
  • Change Management: Support communication, training, and stakeholder engagement activities to facilitate the adoption of new processes and solutions.
  • Project Tracking and Governance: Help maintain project documentation, timelines, status updates, and action logs to support effective project management.
  • Stakeholder Engagement: Participate in workshops and meetings to gather feedback, understand business requirements, and support solution design.
  • Reporting and Presentations: Assist in preparing presentations, reports, and project updates to communicate key milestones and outcomes.
  • Ad Hoc Tasks: Provide support for other transformation, automation, and innovation initiatives as assigned.

  • Hands-on experience with project management methodologies and tools such as Jira and Confluence.
