Job Purpose
Work with Corporate Bankers to support the origination and onboarding of Banker-led clients across various portfolio industries for the Treasury & Trade Services (TTS) product suite.
Act as the client advocate across Citi’s network of more than 100 countries to ensure client satisfaction. Serve as a primary point of contact for clients while working closely with the Corporate Banking, Treasury & Trade Services, Market & Securities Services, and Capital Markets teams.
Coordinate and address a broad range of client topics, deliver high-quality service, and manage a significant volume of day-to-day requests and issues from internal functions and assigned clients.
Key Responsibilities
- Support the Corporate Banking team with account opening.
- Input deals into the CRM and work with the Account Services team.
- Work with the Billing team when pricing issues arise.
- Support channel services, including CitiDirect, CitiConnect, and file needs.
- Engage regional teams when required.
- Handle queries relating to other TTS products, including cards, receivables, liquidity structures, trade finance products, WorldLink, and security accounts.
- Coordinate account closures.
- Partner with TTS Products to provide relevant support and drive project completion.
- Coordinate and oversee, in partnership with Operations, updates to customer account and product structures.
- Act as an escalation point for clients regarding account and TTS-related matters, liaising with internal teams to ensure appropriate resolution and escalating internally when required.
- Serve as the interface between KYC Analysts and Client Executives (CEs) to ensure Citi KYC and AML requirements are met for new business opportunities.
- Partner with Operations and Implementations to ensure deals are implemented and clients receive appropriate support.
- Partner with Trade Implementations on the issuance and associated documentation for guarantees and letters of credit.
- Provide support, where necessary, in coordinating requests for proposals (RFPs).

Knowledge and Experience Qualifications
- Highly motivated individual capable of supporting Bankers and the existing RA team.
- Ability to exercise sound judgment and use initiative while recognizing when to seek guidance, enabling Bankers to focus on marketing and revenue generation.
- Knowledge of or experience in corporate banking is an advantage.

- Bachelor’s degree, university degree, or equivalent.
