Daily responsibilities will vary depending on your role and team assignment. Broadridge interns are assigned to a specific business area or function and will have opportunities to collaborate across the organization.

Qualifications

  • Currently pursuing a bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Business Analytics, Finance, Management, or a similar related field, with a graduation date of Fall 2027 through Spring 2028.
  • GPA of 3.2 or higher.
  • Demonstrated leadership, teamwork, or initiative through academic, extracurricular, volunteer, or work experience.
  • Exposure to data analysis or visualization tools such as Excel, Power BI, Tableau, SQL, or similar technologies.
  • Ability to analyze and interpret data, identify trends, and translate information into meaningful business insights.
  • Understanding of Generative AI concepts, appropriate use contexts, and prompt-based workflows.
  • Strong attention to detail, communication, organization, problem-solving, and collaboration skills.
  • Ability to work effectively in collaborative teams to achieve organizational goals.
  • Agile learner with a passion for learning about the FinTech industry.
  • Must be available for the duration of the program: June–August 2027.

Application Process

  • Application Deadline: November 13th.
  • Review Process: Applications will be reviewed on a rolling basis, and interested applicants are encouraged to apply as soon as possible. Program applications will close once all positions have been filled.
  • Interviews: Candidates who meet initial qualifications will be contacted for a video interview with the recruitment team as a first step in the interview process.

The hourly range for this position is between $25–$35 per hour.

For this opportunity, Broadridge will only consider candidates who are presently authorized to work in the United States and who will not require work visa sponsorship from Broadridge now or in the future.
