Broadridge Summer Internship Program (FinTech) — 10 Weeks

Broadridge is seeking high-potential students to join our Summer Internship Program, a ten-week experience beginning in June 2027. The program is designed to provide experience in the Financial Technology (FinTech) sector.

Daily responsibilities will vary depending on your role and team assignment. Interns are assigned to a specific business area or function and will have opportunities to collaborate across the organization.

Qualifications

• Pursuing a Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or other related fields, with a graduation date of Fall 2027 through Spring 2028.
• GPA of 3.2 or higher.
• Foundational or practical knowledge of one or more programming languages, such as Python, Java, and C#.
• Demonstrated leadership, teamwork, or initiative through academic, extracurricular, volunteer, or work experience.
• Awareness of Software Development Lifecycle and Agile methodology concepts.
• Interest in applying technology to solve business problems and improve processes, products, and client experiences.
• Understanding of Generative AI concepts, appropriate use contexts, and prompt-based workflows.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to explain technical concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences.
• Agile learner with a passion for learning about the FinTech industry.
• Must be available for the duration of the program: June – August 2027.

• Applications will be reviewed on a rolling basis. Program applications will close once all positions have been filled.
• Candidates who meet our initial qualifications will be contacted for a video interview with our recruitment team as a first step in our interview process.

Compensation

The hourly range for this position is between $25–$40 per hour.
