Internship - Private Debt - Jan 2027

Responsibilities

Under the guidance, support, and supervision of the investment team:

• Support the analysis of financial and operating information relating to companies.
• Collaborate on research into financial and industry trends.
• Create statistical exhibits analyzing comparative financial performance.
• Assist in building models to depict projected financial results and to value companies.
• Contribute to the development of pitchbooks and other fundraising-related materials for new and existing funds.
• Undertake other ad-hoc tasks as assigned or supervised by the team.

Profile

• This position is based in Singapore, covering Asia Pacific markets.
• Fluent in English (verbal and written).
• Available full-time for a minimum period of 6 months starting January 2027.
• Working toward a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree; majors in Finance and Accountancy preferred.
• Previous internship experience in corporate finance, transaction services, private equity/debt, or investment banking would be advantageous.
• Critical thinker and self-starter with strong financial analysis, accounting, and modeling skills.
• Proficient in Office tools (e.g., Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
• Strong team player; able to communicate and collaborate with international colleagues.
• Flexible, proactive, and detail-oriented with strong communication skills.
• Excellent time management and multitasking skills, with the ability to work effectively under pressure.
• Motivated and results-oriented, eager to thrive and learn in an entrepreneurial and dynamic company.
