Equity Research Summer Intern Program (Undergraduate) — New York

Applications for the Equity Research Summer Internship in the New York Office are now open. Evercore ISI ranks #1 on a weighted basis for US equity research by Institutional Investor (2025) and is recognized as the Street’s premier independent research firm.

Summer Interns are assigned to a single Senior Research Analyst and sector for the duration of the program. Interns work closely with Senior Analysts on high-impact work for clients. Over the summer, interns build sector expertise and assist in the preparation of research reports and the building of financial models. Interns also take an active role in developing the proprietary research product for which ISI is known, including opportunities to speak with senior management teams of covered companies, their customers, competitors, and government regulators. Past interns have taken ownership of unique work products, such as company initiations and deep-dive sector pieces published to clients. At the end of the summer, each intern completes an in-depth stock pitch.

Specific Qualifications

• Pursuing an undergraduate degree with a graduation date between December 2028 and June 2029
• Minimum overall GPA of 3.5
• Accounting, security analysis, and financial modeling skills
• Strong communication skills (written and oral)
• Strong interpersonal skills and ability to articulate ideas
• Relevant internship experience (preferred)
