As an Off Cycle Intern in Sales, you will engage in a stimulating environment exploring sophisticated financial solutions across asset classes.

What You Can Expect

Our Sales teams help corporate and institutional clients navigate the breadth of J.P. Morgan’s product offerings across Markets and Platform Services, focusing on matching the firm’s resources to clients’ needs.

Sales community members build relationships with clients and package tailored-made solutions to meet a wide array of client needs. This distinction is made possible by having broad product knowledge, proactively engaging with clients, and suggesting trade ideas. The role typically requires collaborative communication and interpersonal skills, an investigative mindset, strong multitasking ability, and a team-oriented approach.

Your contributions will be valuable from the start. Expert instructors and J.P. Morgan professionals will teach you about the firm’s history, the scale and scope of the organization today, and ambitious plans for tomorrow. You will also be taught technical and practical skills to help you get up to speed quickly.

This is a pooled recruitment process. You will be considered for available roles that are to be recruited during your availability. Roles are recruited quarterly with start dates in Q1, Q2, Q3, and Q4.

Job Responsibilities

  • Support the team in understanding client objectives, market priorities, and risk management needs.
  • Assist with preparing client materials, market updates, trade ideas, and product presentations.
  • Support senior colleagues with key research, evaluation, and preparatory work.
  • Monitor market developments and client activity to help identify relevant opportunities.
  • Work with trading, structuring, research, and other internal teams to help deliver solutions for clients.
  • Support senior colleagues with research, analysis, and preparation for client meetings.
  • Contribute to projects that improve how the Sales team supports clients and manages day-to-day business activity.
  • Develop knowledge of products across asset classes and how they are used by corporate and institutional clients.
  • Participate in hands-on experience, relevant skills training, and professional networking.

Required Qualifications, Capabilities, and Skills

  • Proficient verbal and written communication skills for the country to which you are applying.
  • Willing to take on responsibility and manage your own projects in collaboration with colleagues.
  • Graduation date from July 2026 to July 2027.
