Key Tasks (Manufacturing Plant Internship)

• Eliminate process variability and losses through data analysis and technical mastery
• Design, implement, and maintain systems to collect and analyze data for critical product and process parameters
• Eliminate or reduce (prioritized) losses through implementing making/packing process or work system changes
• Use Reliability Engineering tools to drive center-line improvement and loss elimination
• Share and reapply learning across processes, modules, and plants

Job Qualifications

• Working towards a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree
• Excellent visionary, strategic, and courageous leadership skills
• Problem solving through innovation and creativity
• Strong thinking/analytical skills that can be applied to business processes with a “can-do” attitude
• Ability to collaborate effectively within a multicultural environment
• You are a penultimate year student graduating between December 2027 to July 2028
