Key Internship Tasks (Manufacturing Plant)

• Eliminate process variability and losses through data analysis and technical mastery.
• Design, implement, and maintain systems to collect and analyze data for critical product and process parameters.
• Eliminate or reduce (prioritized) losses by implementing making/packing process or work system changes.
• Use Reliability Engineering tools to drive center-line improvement and loss elimination.
• Share and reapply learning across processes, modules, and plants.

Job Qualifications

• Working towards a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree.
• Excellent visionary, strategic, and courageous leadership skills.
• Problem solving via innovation and creativity.
• Strong thinking and analytical skills that can be applied to business processes with a “can-do” attitude.
• Ability to collaborate effectively within a multicultural environment.
• You are a penultimate year student graduating between December 2027 to July 2028.
