You will be assigned to projects that provide hands-on experience from brand building to customer strategy planning, directly impacting business growth. You will gain insights into consumer intelligence and behavior, brand strategies, and customer management—essential skills to help you grow into a future business leader at P&G.

• In the penultimate year of a Bachelor’s degree or above, expected to graduate by 2028.
• Excellent visionary, strategic, and courageous leadership skills.
• Demonstrated ability in creative and critical thinking and problem-solving.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills.
• Ability to drive innovation and brand growth.
• Ability to handle multiple priorities under pressure.
• Initiative and flexibility.
• Legally eligible to work in Hong Kong.
• Proficiency in written and spoken English.

Important Notes
