About the Program

Our Summer Associate Program is a nine to ten week summer internship for students pursuing an advanced degree such as MBA, PhD, JD, MD, or LLM. You will be fully immersed in our day-to-day activities.

As a participant, you will:

• Attend orientation to learn about our culture, as well as the benefits and responsibilities of being a member of the firm.
• Receive training designed to help you succeed.
• Have the opportunity to work on real responsibilities alongside fellow interns and our people.

Submitting Your Application

• Each applicant may apply to up to 4 separate business/location combinations in any given recruiting year. Any additional application will be auto-withdrawn. To apply to an additional opportunity, you must withdraw a current application that has not been turned down.

About the Division

Our Investment Banking teams deliver high-quality strategic advice and creative financing solutions to our clients, including mergers and acquisitions, financing, and risk management transactions.
