About Binance Accelerator Program (BAP)

Binance Accelerator Program (BAP) is a 3–6 month internship program designed for early career talent to gain firsthand experience in the rapidly expanding digital assets space. You will develop your skills at Binance and learn what it’s like to work at the world’s leading blockchain ecosystem. The internship also includes opportunities for networking and development to expand your professional network and build transferable skills.

Who May Apply

• Current university students and recent graduates.
• Terms of employment/engagement are subject to contract and applicable local laws.

Responsibilities

• Participate in the development and maintenance of the company’s basic products.
• Compile and implement interface documentation for the business module.
• Demonstrate strong troubleshooting skills to resolve issues provided by the QA team.
• Assist the CS team in solving customer problems and classifying issues for system improvement.

Requirements

• Computer-related major; bachelor’s degree or above.
• Solid foundation in Java, including understanding of basic frameworks such as multithreading and networking.
• Familiarity with the Spring microservices framework and its operating mechanism.
• Familiarity with MySQL and at least one NoSQL database.
• Familiarity with common middleware such as Redis, RabbitMQ, and Kafka.
• Strong logical thinking, teamwork, and learning ability.
• Good communication skills; fluency in English is required to coordinate with overseas partners and stakeholders.
• Additional languages are an advantage.
• Experience with Web3 projects is preferred.
