About Binance Accelerator Program

Binance Accelerator Program (BAP) is a 3–6 month internship designed for early-career talent to gain firsthand experience in the rapidly expanding digital assets space. Interns will have the opportunity to develop skills at Binance and understand what it’s like to work at the world’s leading blockchain ecosystem. The program also includes networking and professional development to expand your network and build transferable skills.

Who May Apply

• Current university students and recent graduates.
• Terms of employment/engagement are subject to contract and local applicable laws.

Responsibilities

• Participate in the development and maintenance of the company’s basic products.
• Compile and implement interface documentation for the business module.
• Demonstrate strong troubleshooting skills to resolve issues provided by the QA team.
• Assist the CS team in solving customer problems and classifying them for system improvement.

Requirements

• Computer-related major; bachelor’s degree or above.
• Solid Java foundation and understanding of basic frameworks, including multithreading and networking.
• Familiarity with the Spring microservices framework and its operating mechanisms.
• Familiarity with MySQL; experience with at least one NoSQL database.
• Familiarity with common middleware such as Redis, RabbitMQ, and Kafka.
• Strong logical thinking, teamwork, and learning ability.
• Good communication skills; fluency in English is required to coordinate with overseas partners and stakeholders. Additional languages are an advantage.
• Web3 project experience is preferred.
