About the Role

Support the Corporate Solutions department on actuarial tasks for Group Life, Group Medical, and Pension businesses. This role contributes to the delivery of customer outcomes that are reliable, thoughtful, and create meaningful impact for customers and society. The role holder is expected to embed a customer-first mindset in all decisions and actions by understanding customer needs, taking end-to-end ownership to resolve issues, and working collaboratively across teams to continuously enhance the customer journey—both directly and indirectly.

Responsibilities

• Perform Group Life and/or Group Medical manual rate studies and budget projection.
• Perform claims analysis on Group Life and/or Group Medical packaged products and generate product financials.
• Conduct market research and segmentation analysis on Group Medical products.
• Perform reinsurance tasks for Group Life and/or Group Medical.
• Assist in automation of data analytics tools.
• Prepare pension quotations and related financial assessment.
• Undertake ad-hoc projects as needed.

Requirements

• University student majoring in Actuarial Science, Risk Management, Mathematics, Statistics, Insurance, or Finance, with a strong mathematics background.
• Good analytical and communication skills.
• Good command of written and spoken English.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
• Knowledge of Power BI, Visual Basic for Applications (VBA), or other programming languages is an advantage.
