Role details

Delivery Trainer (Maspeth, NY)

Amazon is seeking energetic, self-motivated Delivery Trainers to help build a network of customer-centric Delivery Associates in the communities where we operate. As a Delivery Trainer, you will mentor others, teach and guide conversations in large groups, and conduct hands-on training including drive-alongs to instill safe practices.

In this role, you will establish the right delivery training culture in your delivery station, set up the training experience, and independently instruct training sessions. You will educate Delivery Associates on foundational safety, quality, and productivity topics that are part of each associate’s daily routine. You will enable success by adapting to different learning styles and demonstrating what good looks like through hands-on training. You will also demonstrate “Learn and Be Curious” by answering questions and finding correct answers when you’re not sure.

You will lead by example and demonstrate the Amazon Leadership Principles at all times. You will play a key role in ensuring Delivery Associates are set up for success to deliver customer orders—on time, to the right place, safely, and with strong quality—so we can exceed customer expectations.
