Internship Period: 11 January 2027 to 30 June 2027

Job Description

  • Execute project delivery or support client events under the guidance of a project manager or team members.
  • Function as a change agent by advocating and influencing change through possible means such as ideation/brainstorming workshops, change network briefings, and deployment of “tips & tricks” materials.
  • Drive change enablement activities, including change communications, training/learning, and change adoption. This may involve designing and developing communications and training materials, as well as conducting change surveys or pulse checks across business units (BUs).
  • Perform qualitative and/or quantitative analysis of survey results from data sources including focus groups, interviews, or end-user surveys, and develop presentation-ready materials for senior stakeholders.
  • Directly contribute to Go-Live and/or post Go-Live activities, including preparation, execution, or deployment of Go-Live readiness activities, monitoring adoption/business cadence, and embedding project deliverables into new ways of working across BUs.
  • Perform review or sanity checks of project deliverables or related materials, especially those requiring cross-functional collaboration, for internal customer-facing forums.
  • Support internal “brown bag” or sharing sessions to cross-pollinate and exchange ideas across teams.
  • Collate input from various parties (e.g., project managers) and generate or update a bank-wide dashboard view for project status reporting.

Job Requirements

  • Basic to intermediate skills in MS applications, including MS Excel and PowerPoint.
  • Basic to intermediate skills in designing communications or training/learning materials for bank-wide usage.
  • Basic to intermediate skills in conducting research and analysis.
  • Base-level skills or exposure in storytelling in different scenarios or formats (e.g., putting together a presentation deck or presenting to target audiences of different sizes).
  • Ability to carry out critical analysis of business/organizational issues.
  • Keen eye for detail and meticulous in creating, editing, and reviewing content of different types.
  • Comfortable operating in a matrixed, diverse international organization.
  • Willing to collaborate with different individuals and teams to achieve shared objectives or goals.
  • Willing to fully comply with the bank’s and team’s policies, procedures, and regulations.
  • Keen interest in making an impact on the organization and its people through the deployment of transformation initiatives.
  • Keen interest in learning about and gaining experience in project implementation, change management, and client event management.
