Job Duties & Responsibilities

• Process and check all clerical work in treasury market transactions and perform other administrative duties, including credit facility and counterparty ID registration in operating systems.
• Perform routine operational duties, such as preparing and checking payments, confirming trade details with counterparties, and posting account entries.
• Prepare and check treasury market transactions to ensure compliance with Head Office and regulatory requirements.
• Answer enquiries on treasury products settlement as required.
• Handle other ad hoc duties as assigned.

Requirements

• HKDSE Level or above; degree holders with less experience will also be considered.
• 1 year of relevant experience in treasury market settlement.
• Knowledge of operating RTGS-SWIFTNet and SWIFT Alliance systems.
• Good PC knowledge in MS Office applications; VBA, MS Excel Macro, and Alteryx would be an advantage.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and work under pressure.
• Team player with good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Good command of both English and Chinese.
