Virtu Execution Services (VES)

Virtu Execution Services (VES) comprises the firm’s client-facing business, including Brokerage, Analytics, and Workflow technology. Primarily client support-focused roles under VES include Sales, Trading, Electronic Coverage, and Workflow Technology.

Opportunities in VES Client Support Teams

• Become a multi-faceted financial services professional, joining a global team that engages with a wide range of vendors and institutional and retail clients.
• Receive an in-depth education on global financial markets and apply your knowledge across a spectrum of Virtu products and services—combining technology with business needs.
• Interact directly with a global client base, supporting trade execution workflow queries in real time.
• Help drive product development based on client needs and feedback, working both internally and across vendors to increase client connectivity.

Location and Programme Details

• Location: London, United Kingdom (onsite) for openings in London & Dublin.
• Dates: 10-week programme, starting 21 June 2027 – 27 August 2027.

Qualifications

• Entering the final year of school, or students expected to be ready for full-time employment between December 2027 and June 2028.
• Excellent academic background (all subjects welcome) with a passion for financial markets.
• Highly motivated and tenacious, with a proven ability to take initiative and work independently and within a team.
• Comfortable networking and stepping out of your comfort zone to connect with new people.
• Able to navigate dynamic, unscripted client interactions, connect the dots quickly, and solve problems on the fly.
• Team player: authentic and genuine, able to work toward collective goals.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to build new interpersonal relationships quickly.
• Basic programming skills beneficial but not required.
