What You’ll Do

This role helps deliver the day-to-day administrative, commercial, and operational support needed to win, grow, and maintain business for direct and indirect business.

Responsibilities

• Build sustainable relationships with customers and internal stakeholders
• Assist customers with questions related to pricing, equipment, and subscriptions
• Create and manage customer orders for approval and shipping of equipment
• Manage customer subscriptions and Value-Added Services (VAS) orders within internal tooling
• Create new customer accounts as part of the onboarding process
• Maintain Customer Master Data (CMD) across different systems including ServiceNow, Salesforce, and CMD
• Uphold and follow all governance and compliance processes through the order handling and customer lifecycle

What Will Help You On the Job

• 2+ years of experience in similar or comparable roles is preferred
• Fresh graduates are welcome
• Excellent interpersonal skills
• Experience with SAP, Salesforce.com, and ServiceNow
• Proficient with MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, etc.)
• Organized and diligent, committed to seeing activities and processes through
• Ability to prioritize work to satisfy competing priorities
• Ability to work autonomously and with a flexible, great teammate mentality
• Fluent in English, Mandarin, and Cantonese
• Must have a valid HK ID and work permit to work in Hong Kong
