We are currently seeking a high-calibre professional to join our team as an Events & Campaign Operations Coordinator.

In this role you will:

• Coordinate local and offshore customer events, seller events, and networking events from planning through to post-event wrap-up.
• Support overseas conventions, including travel logistics, vendor coordination, schedules, and on-the-ground requirements.
• Deliver recognition events (awards and celebrations) with strong attention to detail and stakeholder experience.
• Support product launches and promotional events, ensuring brand-aligned execution.
• Coordinate logistics for concerts/large-scale events (where relevant), including venue liaison, run-of-show support, and supplier management.
• Provide campaign support fulfilment: ordering, packing, distribution, confirmation of delivery to recipients/locations, and maintain trackers for budgets, timelines, attendee lists/RSVPs, inventory, and fulfilment status; produce clear progress updates.
• Handle payment logistics and administrative processes: purchase requests, invoice tracking, vendor onboarding support, and reconciliation support (as applicable).
• Ensure timelines are met, risks are flagged early, and stakeholders have the information they need to make decisions quickly. Support post-event reporting, including spend summaries, attendance metrics, feedback, and lessons learned.

To be successful you will need:

• Experience supporting international and overseas events operations, campaign fulfilment, or logistics coordination in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong organizational skills with proven ability to manage multiple workstreams and deadlines.
• Comfort with tracking tools (e.g., Excel/Sheets) and producing clear status reporting.
• Vendor management and basic budget/invoice handling experience.
• Confident communicator with a service mindset and attention to detail; proactive, dependable, and calm under pressure.
• Collaborative and customer-focused, with a “get it done” approach; strong ownership and follow-through.
