Areas of Experience

• Renegotiating credit facilities
• Obtaining covenant waivers and amendments
• Consummating exchange offers, tender offers, and consent solicitations
• Raising capital (bank loans, second lien, DIP financings, high yield, mezzanine loans, private equity, and strategic investments)
• Selling non-core assets or entire companies
• Effectuating cross-border and international restructurings
• Providing expert valuation and related testimony
• Pre-packaged / pre-arranged Chapter 11 cases
• Traditional restructurings under Chapter 11

What You’ll Be Doing

Analysts will participate in the CY’27 Training Program in August for three weeks in NYC. Responsibilities may include:

• Conducting industry research
• Building financial models to analyze company projections or potential transactions
• Drafting client presentation materials
• Participating in client calls or meetings

What We’re Looking For

The primary role of the Analyst includes:

• Supporting deal teams in creating, maintaining, and utilizing complex financial models
• Performing financial and valuation analysis, including discounted cash flow analysis and multiple valuation analysis
• Conducting company and industry research to gain in-depth understanding of sector trends
• Preparing client presentation materials in coordination with the internal deal team and clients
• Developing a deep understanding of investment banking product and services

Education & Experience

• Pursuing an undergraduate degree with an anticipated graduation date between December 2026 and May 2027
• Minimum GPA of 3.5 or above

Compensation Range

Salary: USD $110,000.00/Yr. - USD $110,000.00/Yr.
Actual salaries may vary and may be based on factors including candidate qualifications, skills, and overall competencies. The base salary is one component of Stifel’s overall compensation package.
