Software Engineering Internship (10-Week)

Join us for a unique 10-week software engineering internship that supports personal and professional development in a creative, collaborative team environment. As a software engineer summer associate, you will solve complex business problems while leveraging the latest technologies. You will also have the opportunity to learn about different business areas, platforms, and teams.

Responsibilities

• Support your team in developing software based on agreed projects and platforms
• Utilize the latest technologies to scale applications
• Work closely with teams across the firm, including platform, infrastructure, engineering, data, investments, finance, and others

Minimum Qualifications

• Currently pursuing a Bachelor of Science or Master’s degree in Computer Engineering, Computer Science, or a related technical field, with a graduation date of Spring or Summer 2028
• Proven knowledge of at least one high-level programming language and its framework (e.g., Python, C#, C++, Java)
• Energetic, technical, and equipped with the skills and knowledge to drive results

• Ability to work independently and in a team environment
• Excellent communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills, with a proactive, positive attitude
• Passion for new technologies through personal projects and commitment to learning new skills

Compensation

For NY, CA, and IL based applicants, the starting base pay range for this role is between USD 10,000 and USD 11,000 monthly. Actual base pay is dependent on several factors, including relevant experience, business needs, and market demands. This role may also be eligible for bonus compensation and employee benefits.
