Pool Car Driver (GCB 8)
We are currently seeking a high calibre professional to join our team as a Pool Car Driver.
In this role you will:
- Drive the Manager to business meetings, visiting branches/offices and other functions, and perform daily activities as assigned by the Manager.
- Safely and responsibly operate a limousine, ensuring the comfort and satisfaction of the Manager and users throughout the journey.
- Ensure proper scheduling and time management to promptly pick up and drop off the Manager; independently reconfirm the flight schedule on the day of the order.
- Maintain a clean and well-presented vehicle; monitor and maintain the limousine’s fuel/battery and other fluid levels, and perform routine inspections to ensure it is in good working condition.
- Report any mechanical issues, damages, or accidents to the Transport Team and HK COO Office, and follow up with necessary repairs or actions.
- Adhere to all traffic laws and regulations to ensure the safety of passengers and other road users.
- Perform relief duties for other drivers and assist with driver license renewal tasks as assigned by the Transport Team and HK COO Office.
- Maintain daily records of all activities and expenses (e.g., parking and meter fees) for reimbursement, and complete month-end mileage reconciliation in the logbook.
To be successful you will need:
- A valid driver’s license of HK Vehicle classification code 1 & 2 with a clean driving record, and excellent knowledge of local traffic laws and regulations.
- Good command of English and Chinese, with strong communication and interpersonal skills to interact with the Manager in a friendly and professional manner.
- Proven experience as a professional driver or chauffeur, with a strong focus on customer service.
- Ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks effectively, with excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Flexibility in working hours, including early mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays.
- Knowledge of vehicle maintenance and the ability to handle minor repairs or troubleshooting.
- Ability to work independently and make quick decisions in unexpected situations.
- Completion of a certified advanced driving course is advantageous; knowledge of first aid and emergency procedures is a plus.
