About Binance Accelerator Program

Binance Accelerator Program (BAP) is a 3–6 month internship program designed for early career talent to gain firsthand experience in the rapidly expanding digital assets space. You will have the opportunity to develop your skills at Binance and learn what it’s like to work at the world’s leading blockchain ecosystem. The program also includes networking and development opportunities to expand your professional network and build transferable skills.

Role Overview

Join the Experience & Connectivity Team and help create innovative platforms and services that connect and engage users and developers. You will design and maintain the infrastructure that enables seamless interactions and supports a vibrant community.

Responsibilities

• Assist in the development and maintenance of iOS architecture and foundational modules.
• Support the design and implementation of reusable components, tools, and frameworks for iOS applications.
• Participate in improving code quality, performance, stability, and engineering efficiency.
• Collaborate with engineers to optimize app architecture, module structure, and development workflows.
• Help identify and troubleshoot technical issues in iOS applications.
• Contribute to internal tooling, automation, and developer experience improvements.
• Work with cross-functional teams to support product and technical initiatives when needed.

Requirements

• Current student or recent graduate in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field.
• Hands-on experience in iOS development.
• Familiarity with Swift and/or Objective-C.
• Understanding of iOS fundamentals, including:
  • UIKit and/or SwiftUI app lifecycle
  • Networking
  • Multithreading basics
  • Memory management
• Basic understanding of software engineering principles, data structures, and algorithms.
• Strong problem-solving skills and willingness to learn.
• Good communication skills and ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
• Available for a 6-month full-time commitment.
