BI Engineer

As a BI Engineer at Lalamove, you will be part of the BI and Research Team, supporting different functional departments in the functional office as well as our operation offices across the globe. You will write and maintain data pipelines, reporting scripts, and queries. You will design and create visualizations, reports, metrics dashboards, and data sources to empower teams to make informed decisions through analytics.

What You’ll Need

• 1–2 years of work experience in a business intelligence or data analytics role (fresh graduates will also be considered).
• Experience working with complex datasets and the ability to write efficient SQL queries against Hive and DORIS SQL is preferable.
• Knowledge of data pipelines, ETL/ELT, workflow management, and data warehousing.
• Experience using business intelligence platforms for data visualization, creating and automating dashboards and reports, and building data sources (Tableau is preferable).
• Experience scripting in Python for data manipulation, analysis, and automation.
• Good command of English for communicating technical ideas both orally and in writing.
