We are looking for a passionate, dynamic, analytical, innovative, hands-on, and customer-obsessed candidate. The S&OP Analyst will lead demand planning and partner with first- and middle-mile stakeholders and operational teams to ensure smooth operations and resolve issues to deliver on plan.

You will support improvements and optimize how parcels are shipped from our fulfillment centers and delivered to customers. This role oversees the coordination and administration of ongoing programs, including volume planning and designing/optimizing process improvements across stakeholders such as fulfillment centers, Amazon middle-mile services, and delivery station operational teams. The ideal candidate is a self-starter comfortable with ambiguity, with strong attention to detail, and enjoys working with large-scale data.

In this role, you will interface with senior stakeholders and drive cross-functional teams and individuals at all organizational levels. You will maintain an open mind with drive and ambition to remain innovative, with a high level of autonomy to manage responsibilities and deliver real operational improvements.

Basic Qualifications

• Experience working with databases and SQL
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent
