GQ Ops Process Technician

Key Responsibilities

• Support reliability stress tests (HAST, Temperature Cycle, HTS, THS, and Moisture Soak) and semiconductor electrical test operations in accordance with process specifications and SOPs.
• Support troubleshooting activities to resolve process or equipment issues using DOE and analysis.
• Maintain equipment readiness, uptime, and adherence to safety standards.
• Support lot movement and ensure smooth process flow across operations to meet TAT requirements.
• Maintain 6S, ESD, and workplace safety compliance in assigned areas.
• Participate in training, continuous improvement, and audit-related activities.
• Coordinate with vendors to ensure timely support for equipment maintenance, calibration, and service activities.
• Assist in material handling and inventory control to ensure availability of required consumables and test materials.
• Support shipping and logistics operations by preparing, packing, documenting, and tracking outgoing lots to ensure timely movement and on-time delivery.
• Leverage AI and AI assistants (e.g., Copilot, LLMs, Agentic AI) to automate reporting, dashboards, and workflow approvals to improve operational and process efficiency.
• Integrate AI solutions with lab systems (Power BI, SharePoint, and automation workflows).

Job Requirements

• Diploma in Engineering (Electrical / Electronics / Mechanical or related).
• 0–3 years of experience in semiconductor manufacturing, lab, or test environment is preferred.
• Basic knowledge of manufacturing processes, equipment handling, or quality inspection.
• Strong attention to detail with a quality and safety mindset.
• Good communication and teamwork skills.
• Ability to learn quickly, multi-task, and work in a fast-paced environment.
• Able to work on shift when needed.
